The uncertified core
The on-ramp. It is how a person walks in the door before they have decided they are the kind of person who gets certified in anything.
Dance and culture facilitationFive facets end in a credential an employer, a licensing board or a paying client already recognizes on sight. Culture is the sixth thing in the room — the on-ramp that makes the other five move. Cohorts run ten to twelve so nobody disappears in a room.
Talent was never the problem. A clear path was. Pick your avenue.
Five ways in. One way up.
Culture is the on-ramp. Five facets, five credentials a stranger can verify, one spine, three rungs. Band thickness is equal — this is structure, not volume.

This is a life journey, not a youth program. Nothing on the pathway expires: a credential that travels travels at any age, and a deed does not check a birthday.
The model was proven with young people — that is where our record is. But the ladder has no age written on it. The house has five doors, they open onto the same three rungs, and only the starting rung changes. Nobody ages out. Nobody is too late.
Five doors. Same ladder.
Only the starting rung changes. Nobody ages out.

Door 1 of 5
Still in school; the culture has not been named yet.
What the first year does
Culture first. The credential starts before graduation.
Only the starting rung changes.
Matched to a pathway, never sorted out of one.
The ones who finish come back and teach.
Cohort of 10–12 → credential → paid work → graduate returns as apprentice leader → becomes facilitator → runs the next cohort. The ring never terminates.

Every facet is open to returning citizens — the reentry pathway is kept by William "Hanif" Moore and Lindwood "Rafique" Smith, whose prison-to-work pipelines go back to the 1990s, working together as HRG Consulting, the Center's reentry and education partner.

Every facet runs out of one house, and through every neighborhood.
Our own trades-to-media pathway, and the clearest example of how the facets connect rather than sit side by side: a participant who comes in through construction learns to document the build, and leaves with a trade credential and a reel. STEM/STEAM A/V + coding certification camps in 6, 8, and 12-week formats.

Hammers 2 Cameras — the trades-to-media arc. Learn to build the set, then learn to shoot on it.
Every pathway is a career lane, a revenue line, and a documented outcome. Cohorts of 10–12. The ladder is part of the pathway.
