40Years on
Alter Street
For about 40 years their families have called Alter Street home. Parents and grandparents built a foundation of homeownership, neighborhood pride and lasting community relationships, and that inspires their commitment to beautification, preservation and community-driven development.

"The most meaningful spaces are created when professional expertise meets personal investment in the community."

Erica Goodwin

Building Communities. Preserving Legacy. Creating Opportunity.
